We find asymmetric risk-reward profiles in small cap companies the market has overlooked or misunderstood. Our approach: deep fundamental analysis, concentrated positions, and the patience to let our thesis play out.
Operating experience informs our investment analysis. We understand the mechanics of building and scaling durable businesses and apply that lens to everything we do.
We take multi-year positions in companies undergoing transformative change. Patient capital deployed with conviction generates outsized returns.
There is a tide in the affairs of men
Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life
Is bound in shallows and in miseries.
On such a full sea are we now afloat,
And we must take the current when it serves
